Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore, is an amazing Hollywood actor and writer who's talents have brought her critical acclaim and recognition. Sagittarius. Her birthplace was in North Carolina, on 3rd December 1960. She is one of the three youngest children of Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a parachutist. She's English, Scottish and of mixed descent. Moore struggled as her family was constantly moving due to her dad's work. The family moved to Germany Moore was a student at Frankfurt American High School where she was first a part of performances. She continued her education at Boston University where she graduated in 1983 with B.F.A. in Theater. Following graduation, Moore began her off-Broadway career in New York. She made an appearance on screen as a character in The Edge of Night. The break came in 1986 in which she was cast as the character as Sabrina Hughes as well as Frannie Hughes on As the World Turns. It ran through 1988 and won the Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990 she was the first film actress to make her debut on cinema in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie that was later criticized as an awful low-budget movie. Short Cuts (1997) and 3 Women (1993), each Robert Altman productions, were her first film. She received several nominations and acclaim for the first film. Moore had her debut main part in Safe(1995). Steven Spielberg, who was director of Jurassic Park: The Lost World in 1997 and one of the year's highest earning films, chose Moore as a lead actor. She received a SAG award nomination for Magnolia at the end of 1999. She was in co-starring roles with Nicole Kidman, Meryl Streep along with other actors for The Hours, which was repeatedly nominated for Academy Awards. More films Moore has appeared in include The Forgotten (2004) Freedomland (2006) Shelter (2010) as well as Shelter. Moore was a part of Non-Stop (2014). Moore was a regular in many TV and film shows. Moore's latest role as a lead actress was In When You Finish saving the World (2022). The actress has established herself on the screen in Hollywood as well as being a children's author. In 2007 she released Freckleface Strawberry and quickly became an N.Y.T. adaptation into the basis for a musical and TV series. The author also released her book My Mom is a foreigner in the year 2013. Moore, as a very accomplished author and actor, has made her personal life public. Moore got married John Robin back in 1984 after which they divorced in 1996. Bart Freundlich and Moore had two children. Moore's life revolves around her family friends and career.
